Specifications

The Living Room is an affordable and welcoming, quiet space available for up to 30 people. Suitable for meetings, presentations and community group classes and events.

Availability: Mondays, Sundays, and evenings 7 days a week. Not available for private parties, political or religious events.

The Office is suitable for 4 to 6 people and is perfectly tucked away from the rest of the library.

Availability: During library hours and evenings 7 days a week. Not available for political or religious events.

Facilities Available

– Tables, chairs and sofas (these can be moved around or moved away as necessary for duration of hire event).

– High specification HDMI input projector and screen with high quality audio output, suitable for slide and video presentations (windows have black out roller blinds to optimise lighting).

– Access to disabled accessible toilet and kitchen facilities.

– Step free and disabled access to all facilities.

– Refreshments provided by Bookmark Cafe subject to availability.

Pricing

Our hire pricing is very competitive. Our rate depends on whether you are a local or non-local business and the duration of hire, whether you want to hire for a single event, or on a regular basis.

We do not charge for local non-for-profit community volunteer groups.
